Twisters Gymnastics Academy Payment Policy

At Twisters Gymnastics Academy, we are committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our students and families. To ensure this, we have established the following payment policy:

Tuition Payment

• Tuition is due in full after the 1st class for the session.

• Payments can be made during the 1st week of each session. Payments received after the 2nd week of the session are considered late.

Late Payment & Returned Checks

• A $20.00 late fee will be applied to payments received after the due date.

• A $20.00 charge will be assessed for any returned checks.

Makeup Classes

• A maximum of two (2) makeup classes are allowed per session.

• Prorating of tuition fees for missed classes is not available.

Registration Hold for Unpaid Balances

• Accounts with unpaid balances will not be eligible for registration in future sessions or events until the balance is paid in full.

When Do I Pay My Bill?

• Tuition is due the first week of every session.

• Payments made after the 2nd week of the session will incur a late fee.
